Drop in your drawings. Get a takeoff you can check.

Tick the trades you want measured. You get back the quantities, each one tied to the sheet it came from, and flagged wherever the program is not sure.

How it works

  1. Drop in your drawings

Add your PDF drawing sets, any notices to tenderers, and surveys. Tick the trades you want measured.

  2. The program reads and measures

It finds each sheet's scale and checks it against the dimensions printed on the drawing, then measures from the drawing's own line work.

  3. You review the takeoff

Each line shows its sheet, page and revision, how far it was checked, and a range where the drawings leave the number open. Download it as a spreadsheet.

Built to be checked, not trusted blindly

A confident wrong number is worse than an honest "check this". So the takeoff is designed to show its working.

Every number points to a sheet

Each line names the sheet, the page and the revision it came from, and links to a picture of what was measured.

Unsure means a range

When a number depends on something the drawings do not settle, you see a range beside it and the assumptions used, not one confident figure.

Gaps are listed, never guessed

Anything that could not be measured appears under "Not measured" with the reason. Nothing is estimated in its place.

Honest about its record

We show how often each check level has landed within 5% of a finished job, with the number of lines behind it. A rate from a handful of lines is labelled as too few to rely on.

Where we are today

Our target is within 5% on each line, with counts exact. We are not there yet and do not claim it. Every line is delivered as assisted: measured, and marked for you to check. A trade is only called automatic after it passes a test on drawings it was not built on.

TradeWhat you get today
DemolitionRoofs and floors are measured. Walls, ceilings, joinery and counts are not measured yet and are listed as such.
RoofingRoof area is measured. Pitch is read where the drawings print it; where they do not, the line says it assumed one.
Gib boardNot reliable yet. It depends on walls, which are not measured yet.
Wall claddingNot reliable yet. It depends on walls, which are not measured yet.

More trades follow. Pricing is not part of the takeoff.

Your drawings stay yours

Drawings are confidential. Your files are private to your account, and for each job you choose what, if anything, may be sent to an outside AI model while reading them:
